Tucked away just far enough off the beaten path, Sheraton Oaks is a small, peaceful slice of paradise in the big, bustling city. Here you’ll find nicely maintained, solidly built homes on spacious lots with vibrant green lawns & mature trees, a community green space, Hiltpold Park, where you can walk your dog, play with your kids or just hang out, and supportive & friendly neighbors.

Located in the Greater Inwood area of near northwest Houston close to 610, I-45, 290 and Beltway 8, Sheraton Oaks is just minutes away from Houston's central business district, the Galleria, the energy corridor & IAH.

For bicycle, walking & nature enthusiasts, we’re a stones throw from the White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail, making T.C. Jester Park, Watonga Park & Alabonson Park, just to name a few, easily accessible without having to drive.

Sheraton Oaks Homeowners, Inc. (SOHI) is the homeowners association for 123 of the 132 properties located within the neighborhood, and is managed by a team of volunteer property owners. SOHI provides security patrol services through Ranger Guard and Investigations, maintains Hiltpold Park as well as the City of Houston-owned entrance esplanade which has been officially adopted under the city’s Adopt-an-Esplanade program. These services are made possible through the collection of mandatory annual assessment fees (currently $255.00 per property).

Sheraton Oaks is zoned to the Aldine Independent School District. There’s a Lone Star College campus nearby which also serves as a polling place for elections. City of Houston services include water, garbage pick up (Thursday), recycling pick up (every other Thursday), junk waste pick up (4th Tuesday of even-numbered months), and tree waste pick up (4th Tuesday of odd-numbered months). Fireworks are not allowed within city limits, and pet owners must keep pets on a leash and clean up after them as per Houston city ordinance.
